Nigel has worked in the building industry for over 25 years doing restoration, building and conservatories and has extensive knowledge of the building industry.

He was one of the most talked about builders in 2008 after his story of months of hell at the hands of a rogue customer hit the headlines all over the world when he took action and knocked down a conservatory and porch that he had built. The footage on Youtube was a sensation.

He set up the website roguecustomer.com that helps people in similar situations, and Nigel also likes to protect the consumer as he also knows of the problems that are caused by rogue traders. He has been to Parliament to try and get the laws changed to make it more of a level playing field between consumers and traders.

Nigels just filmed an ITV1 prime-time show, Cowboy Customers, highlighting the problem of members of the public who don't pay for work that has been done.

Nigel's other interests are cooking, travel, golf and Arsenal FC. He's married to Julia and have 4 children that keep him busy.
