Bryony's background and experience enables her to have expertise in a variety of subjects, cooking and seasonal cooking, baking, english nature and the countryside, sustainable agriculture, conservation, entrepreneurialism, ethical fashion and wholesome living and shes a qualified butcher

Her life experience to date is varied and has allowed her to pick up a wide range of knowledge. Five years ago she started up her own business - an organic farm shop/cafe for which she did all of the baking and outside catering. Bryony also supplied a leading, national mail order company (Forman and Field) with a range of cakes and winning a Gold Great Taste Award for her cheesecake.

She has spent her life living in and learning about the countryside, based on a conservationally exceptional Organic Farm teeming with rare flora and fauna. She recently sold her business and is now living in London.
