Sam and Nicola met at Sixth Form College where they wrote and performed in such enduring classics as the snappily titled 'People are Strange' and the more long winded 'Women of the Nineties in Charge of their own Destinies'.
Nicola went on to study a degree in Drama at the acting Mecca of Hatfield University, whilst Sam gained a BA honours in Visual and Performing Arts at Brighton University.
Nicola performed in several productions including the barely attended 'Damnation of Declan McCready' at the 1994 Edinburgh fringe, whilst Sam wrote, performed and grew her own side burns for her one woman show 'Elvis and the Angel' at Brighton's Sallis Benney theatre.
After 15 years research they started writing again in 2005; this explosive reunion has resulted in a sitcom called Cream, which is currently under option with John Sullivan at Shazam productions.
They have worked as part of the writing team on My Family and Olivia Lee’s Naughty Bits. They have also produced a portfolio of sketches, ideas and characters and they are currently working on a new sitcom idea.
Their comedy has been described (by themselves) as honest, dirty and surreal.
