Ladette To Ladies headmistress Gill Harbord was trained at Constance Spry School in London, She is a nationally accredited flower arranging specialist and has taught all her teaching career at finishing schools in the UK.

On the Ladette To Ladies series, she works with Rosemary Shrager to teach young women how to be proper ladies, through etiquette, cooking, deportment and many other subjects. She evaluates each girl who goes through the curriculum at Eggleston Hall and now Hedsor Hall and won't hesitate to remove any of the students who aren't falling into line.

She has succeeded in taming some of England's most outlandish bad girls. Now she has been giving the task of improving girls from the United States and Australia as well.
