Annie Ashdown is a Hypnotherapist and Confidence Coach. Annie began her career as a Life coach six years ago, after working in Film and TV for 15 years.

Annie is the Confidence and Hypnotherapist on ITV's new daytime show - Kyles Academy. She inspired and motivated the participants to have faith in themselves, heightened their awareness and encouraged them to walk through their fears and take a chance on a new way of life.
