Currently David is ITV1’s ‘on screen regular’ Garden Presenter for ITV1 This Morning and Garden Designer/Presenter on 60 Minute Makeover.
As a celebrated horticulturalist and plant specialist, David has many years experience within commercial business as well as a variety of different media including TV, newspapers, magazine and public speaking.
During 2008 David filmed several mini series for ITV1 including: Celebrity Gardens, Spade to Spoon, Gardens Around the World, Royal Gardens and the first ‘live’ garden makeover series for This Morning ‘David Domoney’s Garden Angels’.
David as the designer - together with his experienced team of landscape gardeners - has proudly won 20 Royal Medals over the last six years at venues such at the RHS Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Shows.
The Domoney Ltd team have successfully landscaped close to 70 TV garden makeover projects to a variety of TV shows and have a client base of the rich and famous including celebrities such as footballer Michael Owen and presenter Phillip Schofield. They regularly work with organisations such as Sunday Mirror, House Beautiful Magazine, The Independent, Daily Mail, British Airways and BBC Good Homes Magazine on promotions and competitions.
An accomplished speaker, David has presented awards and spoken at conferences and events for the British Hardware Federation, European Federation of DIY; is the regular host for the Garden Industry ‘Oscars’, House Beautiful Magazine Awards and The British Landscape Awards also international appearances for the British Consul in Canada, Moscow, Berlin, & China.
