James is an accomplished presenter and actor.
Most recently he's been busy with Doctors on BBC1 and Rock Rivals, for ITV1 where he played the role of the host of the X Factor-type show, which is appropriate as he's just as comfortable presenting shows as he is acting. Recently he has also been filming a series of corporate films for Prem 21, interviewing a whole array of celebrities, from Greg Rusedski to vocal coaches David & Carrie Grant.

As well having lots of pre-recorded presenting experience, he also gained live experience by presenting two hour-long live programmes, Live From London Studios.
James has had roles in many of the UK's favourite programmes. He played Steve Crane in Heartbeat for two series and appeared in Emmerdale, playing Jason Kirk.
He played bad boy Kit Lyndon in Mersey Beat and had roles in Peep Show 4, Days Like These, At Home With The Braithwaites as well as Casualty and Where The Heart Is.
In his spare time, he's a self confessed adrenaline junkie, riding a Yamaha 6 and snowboarding when he can as well as keeping fit.
