SHANE TODD
|
| Representing Agent: Becky Williams |
|
Biography:
One of the fastest rising comedians in Ireland, Shane Todd has built up a fantastic reputation in his relatively short career on the Irish comedy scene. Shane is a regular fixture in Ireland’s biggest comedy clubs, such as the prestigious Empire Comedy Club, where he has supported Jason Byrne amongst others. Performances in some of Dublin’s renowned International Comedy Clubs and frequent appearances at festivals (Glastonbury, Sunflower and Tanglewood) have seen Shane become one of the hottest properties in Irish comedy.
Sell out shows with fellow comedian Colin Geddis in Glasgow (GUU Student Union) and Edinburgh (Three Sisters) have seen Shane begin to build a reputation outside of Ireland, as a charming and original act. One of the performers and writers of BBC comedy series ‘LOL’ for new comedic talent, Shane Todd is most definitely one to watch in 2012.
“Northern Ireland has produced several world class comedians in the past, step forward Shane Todd”
– John Coulter, Irish Daily Star
"One of Northern Irelands brightest hopes - fast, funny and disarmingly charming"
- omfj.ie.
“Damn funny”
– All Gone Pop
