Biography:
Bradley became a household name playing the lovable rogue Danny Baldwin in the UK's highest rating TV show, Coronation Street. A role for which he received three Best Actor nominations at The National Television Awards. Since leaving The Street he has filmed an emotional three-part ITV drama entitled Torn, and has fulfilled one of his own ambitions: acting in a Dickens costume drama The Old Curiosity Shop alongside Sir Derek Jacobi.
The 6th series of the hugely successful Law and Order UK starts on Friday 6th January 2012 at 9pm on ITV1 and will run for 7 weeks. Bradley returns as lead role DS Ronnie Brooks as he struggles to deal with the loss of his partner DS Matt Devlin after a drive by shooting at the end of series 5.
Bradley's big screen debut came when he starred in the Brit-hit Mike Bassett: England Manager. He was then honored to be asked to work with Palm D'or winner Ken Loach on a short film entitled Happy Endings which was commissioned to celebrate the Cannes Film Festival.
As a presenter Bradley's hosting credits are extensive. From The National Lottery on BBC 1 to The Big Stage on Channel 5 and Shoot The Messenger on The Paramount Channel. Bradley currently presents The Chase on ITV1. It started as a two week pilot run and became an instant cult classic and can be seen Monday - Friday at 5pm. In 2011 a prime time spin off series The Celebrity Chase aired, with Bradley as host, and was an instant hit.
Bradley is also the host of the Saturday night game show Odd One In, where he plays the quiz-master to regular panelists Peter Andre, Jason Manford and a host of celebrity guests.
Bradley has twice enjoyed playing at Old Trafford and wembley as part of the England team for "Soccer Aid"raising money for UNICEF. Bradley is a patron of The Make a Wish Foundation
