Rav's a very experienced television presenter, fronting numerous live and pre-recorded shows. He co-hosted BBC1's hugely successful Crimewatch show, for the last seven years.

He fronts his own series, Helicopter Heroes for BBC1, which goes out in both daytime and primetime schedules as well as hosting one of BBC1 Daytime's most successful daily live series Crimewatch Roadshow as well as Neighbourhood Blues and Britains Bravest Cops. Hes currently filming Frontline Police, a new series for FIVE as well as a new CBBC series called Hero Squad and last year he presented a hugely popular kids police series for CBBC called Cop School. Rav fronted a week long series from Afghanistan called Remembrance Week for BBC1 as well as co-hosting Missing Live. He's also a regular face on BBC1's flagship daily show, The One Show, presenting strands and as a studio guest. He recently participated in and won ITV1's successful series 71 Degrees North.

Rav was a Detecive Constable for The Metropolitan Police for eight years and prior to that he was a member of the Parachute Air Defence Troop for four years.
